Definition:
Visibly measures the distance between the MACD and a 9-day exponential moving average. The MACD crossing above or below the 9 day exp. moving average is shown by the trend of the histograms (the vertical column). Thus the histogram is a derivative of a derivative. (the first derivative being MACD).
